Getting here
When to arrive
Doors open at 19:30 and the show starts at 20:00. The evening runs to around 23:00 — a proper three-hour night out. Arriving by 19:45 gives you time to settle in and get your first drinks before the lights change. Please don't cut it fine — late entry disturbs the show and may not be possible once it has begun.

Accessibility
The room is small and we seat every show by hand, so tell us what you need and we'll make it work. There's a free-text box on the booking form — wheelchair users, anyone who can't manage steps or stools, or anyone who needs to be near the exit: say so there and the team seating you on the night sees it directly. You can also contact us before booking if you'd rather ask first.
Children
Everyone attending needs a booked seat, including infants. Children's tickets are priced by age band — the booking page shows current prices. Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adults.
Drinks
Beer, wine, sangria and soft drinks are included with every ticket and served to your seat through the night. Spirits, snacks and upgrades are available on the night.
