This explains what we do with your information when you book tickets for Chamber of Secrets.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We keep a record of what was paid, when, and for which booking.
To give you what you booked. Your name gets you in. Your email and phone let us send your confirmation and contact you if something changes.
To seat you properly. We use children's ages to make sure nobody young ends up on a high stool or a raised back row, and we use what you've told us about disabilities and mobility to seat you somewhere that works. This is the only thing those details are used for.
To run the evening. Bar orders let us keep track of what each table is drinking and what has been paid for.
Because the law requires it. Records that support our accounts have to be kept for a period set by Spanish law.

If you've booked with us, we may email you occasionally about future shows.
Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link. One click and we'll stop, and we won't ask why.
Opting out only stops the marketing. We'll still send you a confirmation if you book again, because that's part of the booking rather than advertising.
We photograph and film during some performances and use the results to promote Chamber of Secrets, including on social media. Notices are displayed at the venue.
If you'd rather not appear, tell us before or on the night and we'll make sure you don't. You can also ask us afterwards to stop using an image of you, and we will.
We won't publish a photograph or recording in which a child is identifiable without their parent's or guardian's agreement.
We only collect a child's age, and their name if you choose to give it. We ask for the age so we can seat them safely.
We treat children's details with extra care, and we don't use them for marketing.

We use a small number of companies to run the business. They only get what they need, and they can't use it for anything else.
If you booked through Viator rather than directly with us, Viator collected your details under their own privacy policy and passed us what we need to seat you and run the show. From that point this policy applies to what we hold.
We don't sell your information to anyone, and we never will.

If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
Cookies are small files a website puts on your device. We use three kinds.
Essential cookies. These make the site work — keeping your booking together while you fill it in, keeping you logged in if you're staff, and keeping the whole thing secure. The site can't function without them, so they're always on.
Analytics cookies. These tell us how people use the site — which pages get looked at, where people give up. It helps us make the site better. We don't use them to identify you personally.
Advertising cookies. We advertise on Google and Facebook, and these let us see whether those adverts actually lead to bookings. They also let those companies show our adverts to people who've visited us.
Measuring adverts with hashed details ("enhanced conversions"). If you've said yes to advertising cookies and you complete a booking, we send Google a hashed version of the email address — and any other contact details — you gave at checkout. Hashing is one-way scrambling: it can't be reversed to read your details, and Google uses it only to check whether your booking came from one of our adverts. Google handles this for us as a data processor under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms. Our lawful basis for this is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time using the cookie choice link below — from that moment it stops.
We also count visits ourselves, using an analytics tool that runs on our own server. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and can't identify you — which is why it isn't behind the cookie question.
Nothing except the essential cookies runs until you say yes. When you first arrive you'll be asked, and you can refuse everything in a single click. If you change your mind later, either way, you can come back to this page and change your choice.
Refusing doesn't stop you booking, and it doesn't make anything work worse.
