These terms apply when you book tickets for Chamber of Secrets, Torremolinos. By booking, you agree to them.

Every ticket, including free ones, takes a seat. Please book a ticket for everyone in your party.
Your ticket includes lager, wine, sangria, water and soft drinks, served to your seat throughout the evening.

VIP includes a guaranteed front row seat, everything in the Gold package, and one snack per person.
There are six VIP places for each show, counting everyone seated, including infants and under-2s. Children may only book VIP alongside an adult.
We keep the same prices everywhere we sell tickets, and we don't discount.
We may ask for proof of age where a child or infant ticket has been booked.
There's nothing to print. Give your name at the door.
We allocate seating. We seat every party ourselves, taking account of group size and the ages of children. You cannot choose your own seats.
The only exception is VIP, which guarantees you a front row seat. Without it, you may be seated anywhere in the theatre.
We ask for the ages of any children so we can seat everyone safely and comfortably — younger children aren't well suited to the high stools or the raised back rows.
If anyone in your party has a disability, mobility need or other requirement, you must tell us in advance, at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee suitable seating for requirements we only learn about on the night.
Doors open at 19:30. The show starts at 20:00.
Please arrive in good time. Latecomers disturb the show for everyone, and we may not be able to admit you after 20:10. If you expect to be late, you must contact us in advance.
If you arrive too late to be admitted, your tickets are not refunded.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Under Spanish and EU consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off period that applies to most online purchases does not apply to leisure services booked for a specific date. That includes tickets to a show.
If you do not attend, your tickets are not refunded.
If we cancel, postpone, or substantially change a show, you are entitled to a full refund of the price you paid.
We want everyone to enjoy the evening. The following conditions apply to everyone, and are displayed at the entrance to the venue.
We will not admit anyone who is drunk on arrival.
We may refuse admission to, or remove from the venue, anyone who:
If you are removed for any of these reasons, your tickets are not refunded.
These conditions apply equally to everyone and are not applied in a discriminatory way.
By you: photographs are welcome, provided your flash is turned off. Filming is not permitted during the show.
Please do not use your phone for anything else once the show has started. A lit screen is distracting for other guests and for the performers.
By us: we photograph and film during some performances, and we use those photographs and recordings to promote Chamber of Secrets, including on social media. Notices to this effect are displayed at the venue.
If you would rather not appear, tell us in advance or when you arrive and we will make sure you don't. You can also ask us at any time afterwards to stop using an image of you, and we will.
Children: we will not publish a photograph or recording in which a child is identifiable without their parent's or guardian's agreement.
Children are very welcome, and they enjoy the show — but this is an evening out for the whole room, not a children's show.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please look after your belongings. We are not responsible for personal property that is lost, damaged or left behind at the venue.
